These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Consigliere Publisher service (“Service”). The Service is provided primarily for authorized internal and business use. By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service allows permitted users to upload, version, and publish HTML and related assets, served through controlled URLs. Features, limits, and availability may change. We may suspend or discontinue the Service or your access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or misuse.
Access is limited to accounts we authorize (for example through email-domain rules or per-user configuration in our systems). You must use a Google account you are permitted to use for work on behalf of your organization. You may not share credentials or attempt to circumvent access controls.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of content you upload. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and publish that content. You grant us and our hosting providers a non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely as needed to operate the Service (including serving published artifacts to end-users who have the URL).
When you publish an artifact, the published version may be retrieved by anyone who has the link. You are responsible for what you publish and for complying with applicable laws, your organization’s policies, and any obligations to third parties (including branding and intellectual property).
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amounts you paid us specifically for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (if any). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
You will defend and indemnify us and our affiliates against third-party claims and costs arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
We may modify these Terms or the Service. We will update the “Last updated” date when we post changes to this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law. Material changes may also be communicated through your normal internal channels.
